The management team in place is very strong and it's leading to consistent and impressive results.There are a lot of long standing relationships that are getting better with time and word that eMag is back and on the rise seems to be spreading quickly. Good benefits, competitive salary and lots of room for growth if you're a team player and ready to work.

Things are still tight and at times there is a lot of pressure, however this is true in any smaller sized company.

Small cohesive group.Relaxed environment. Operations really know their stuff. People go above an beyond on a daily basis. They are experts.

Management is clueless. Plenty of visionaries with grand schemes, but no clear path to making those dreams a reality. PMS are clueless and are scared of their clients.
