Friendly working environment - Software Engineer Elves Lab Employee Review

Thank you for the good comment! You are right we have a friendly working environment in the office. Most of our staff stay at least 3-4 years or even longer with Elves Lab. Mainly due to the good vibes we have among employee and the boss. In our office, we have our small pantry and a rest area equipped with Playstation 5 gaming console for staff to take a break and mingle if they want. And in GOOD economic year, there is overseas staff retreats yearly. You might not get to enjoy such retreat as we are facing a pandemic and challenging period for the past 2-3 years. As for annual leave arrangement, in rare situation you will get rejected. It only happens if your planned leaves fall on your project deadline OR your peers in your team also taking leave at the same period and manpower is needed to operate. We value your feedback and will work on this issue by requesting staff to plan their leave earlier so that they can enjoy the break they wanted on specific dates. Thank you!
