      Need to be in a central location or near big stores to consider progression as alot of the opportunity's are linked with larger stores for training.

      Staff and other colleagues make the job as good as it is

      Salary and hours are the drawback. This can be rectified by reducing the working week by a couple of hours

      Really nice work environment, manager is so lovely and accommodating to staff requests. Good staff discounts multiple times a year

      Cons

      Building is a bit run down, not maintained well by the higher ups.
