Pros
The people are so nice. You will get respect from everyone you deal with in the company. Even the district manager will greet you and get to know you. I worked for a company before where the district manager would hardly even acknowledge your presence, so this type of interaction was impressive. The company regularly hires mystery shoppers to inspect the performance of the shop, if you get 100% (which isn't too difficult) then you get a €50 euro voucher. Shops receive 'participation funds' for staff parties based on store performance. I only have fond memories of working with this company. I would recommend the company to anyone! Good relationships between colleagues from other stores.
Cons
The only reason why I wouldn't give the company a 5 star mark is that there are very few hours for people who work part-time in their stores in smaller towns.
