      Remote job in radiology Most employees are very helpful with training

      Small, start up company, meaning high turnover rate for employees Not very straightforward with the employees about status of current projects. Hired way too many employees and letting them go after just 2 months, without any heads up. Not very helpful after they lay you off. Was told we would "be fine".

      Great company to work for with market competitive compensation and benefits. A culture of people who believe in the mission of making a difference in cardiovascular health and disease prevention. Technically challenging domain make work interesting.

      Cons

      Growth-stage company trying to find its place in the market. So typical scope creep and shifting priorities for a company of this size/stage.
