Pros
Global company, good support from corporate head office in Norway. Strong brand, but needs improvement in non-telco sectors. Management system is quite flat, very easy to talk to your superiors about anything. Flexible work hours, but expect to stay back late in you're in sales.
Cons
Company can be too hung up on processes to see the forest for the trees. Very little to no career progression. Internal office politics can sap a lot of precious time, resources and morale.
