Work environment is wonderful and nice to work in.

Logistics can be a pain at times.

Few if any, none worth mentioning.

Many. After reading reviews posted by others, disappointment seems to be the general consensus. Environment is lackluster, missing key requirements for a successful business and healthy work environment. Do not expect any training in their way of working. Every company uses different software and has their own processes. They seemed to think people come with plug and play installed in their way of working. They are using very outdated practices that are labor intensive, unnecessarily. Antiquated. Elston is coasting on laurels from two previous generations and currently in runoff. This company should be much larger at this point for a logistics business that has been around for over 60 years. Elston's main office looks like a pop-up shop with vintage equipment from the 1970's and bare walls. They are sparing much expense on rent, decor, equipment, employee compensation and benefits for their 25 employees. Two thumbs down for me.
