I choose to leave this company because of its unprofessional so called leaders which are having more than 10 years of experiences but no knowledge. They dont give hike based on your performance but give it based on how you stay silent on your leaders mistakes, The leader is one of the worst person and has no respect for male employee as well as female employees and very unprofessional who always use wrong words for every employess, There is no personal life if you work in this company. Such a toxic work culture in the team of this leader.
