No positive point. everything is worst here.

1. Sr Management of the company has whimsical sense of humor.Volatile decision making, which changes every week based on their judgement. Can make or break your career within a day. 2. Hire employees on low budget and having highest expectations, even if you try to meet so by starting your shift by 9 and ends with 11pm or depends upon your strength. You even can't meet the management expectations. 3. Profiles are hired and once they joined the company, due to unethical work culture, told to sign bond of 1.5 years. Experienced one after joining are told to sign 1 year bond to extend the bond if you want to continue. After that, they are pressurized to do work on holidays and other events. I don't believe the unethical HR team, as they don't convey this message to you. 4. No cab facility for woman employees. Sometime woman employees are pressurized to work late( due to client given deadline) and without cab facility, its not possible for woman employees to go home late night. Such employees stay 24 hours in office without any food allowances and has to go home next morning. Sr management don't even care of such situation again HR will not tell you while joining. 5. Shift timing is 9am to 7:15 but I don't remember we have left the desk before 9pm sometime minimum 11pm Or whole night. 6. You will not get leave upto 6 month and only one paid leave per month and public holiday is only 5 in year.

Hello, Here we would like to clarify points which you mentioned wrongly here. we are following proper work ethics and we believes in personal and professional life balance. 1. We follow the proper process in case if we found any performance or behavioral issues, we do initial oral discussion and also notice for improvement but if employee is not able to change or improve then only we take further decision. 2. We are hiring as per experience and also we gave work accordingly. we understand employee's ability, and for timing we follows 9.30 to 7.15 only and if employees are working late then we gave them flexibility and comp-off for same. 3. We do induction and introduction process on very first day and explain all the policies. also we send them a policy every year if is there any changes. at the time of hiring process we discuss clearly with candidates and move further withe their approval only. 4. First of all we do not have any female employee in BA team and we have our own canteen facilities so we gave food to those who is working late. 5. We follow the 9.30 to 7.15 time only and as i mentioned earlier if someone work late we gave them flexibility and C-OFF. 6. We have 12 to 14 Public holidays every year depends on Indian festivals.
