      Pros

      For being able to say that you worked at one of Brooklyns "buzz clubs", or at least it used to be. You'll be given tons of positive reinforcement- to your face.

      Cons

      You'll be told you're doing well one moment, and then dropped the next without reason. Claims to be inclusive, is anything but. Horrible communication

      Great atmosphere and staff - the shows are great and usually have great crowds.

      They should review DEI and HR practices.
