Pros
It's been almost an year since I switched and moved to Elsevier and it's been one of the best decisions I've made. True that the pay is not extremely high when compared to other product companies, but it's reasonably good. The benefits that comes with being an employee is very good, like WFH, cab facilities, flexible work hours and a lot more. The best thing is how the people are treated here. Everyone is very respectful and very friendly, with loads of positive vibes that makes it very easy on the mind to be part of the company.
Cons
I wouldn't call it a con, but the learning curve is slow, but steady. You get to explore a lot of things but it takes time because that's how it works here. It's not for people who want to learn things quickly and move on to other companies. This company is for people who want to stay with the company on a long run.
