Work Life Balance, My superiors are very much attentive to the welfare of their subordinates

Cons

Career Growth, it's not proactive. You have to look your way up. Your achievements are not guarantors of your career growth. They say that there is always room for career development in their perspective. Alot of my colleagues worked hard for career growth. And i can vouch for their skills and attitude. They only mention your achievements and that's it. Unlike in my previous companies where they have the initiative to Really recognize potential and grant it. If you want a stable job then stay here. If you want to grow your career or on your way to develop it, not the place to be.

Pros

-Great company -Team has talented, experienced account managers and product experts who know the territory well

Cons

West team management is heavy on micromanagement and sets unrealistic territory targets without rep input — high turnover, and long tenure in company seems to shield this manager from accountability and growth
