      Raises are 1 time a year and every 6 months till a year and a half. Benifits are good. Work is easy to learn.

      Cons

      I knew more about the job than immediate boss. Hars to get into 1st shift Hours are hard ti work with. Some do really well and others dont

      management incapable of handling any kind of employee conflict. staff pitted against each other. staffing given too much power-inflexible in working with employees and their schedules
