Long hours and needs more organization

If I could list a pro, I’d say that I appreciated the flexibility in work hours and opportunity to work from home.

I was an intern in 2021. I was promised a $1500 stipend at the end of my internship yet, several months later, I have received nothing. Even if this is a startup, you should be able to budget for and pay the people you hire; I never signed up to work for free. Aside from this, communication with my manager was extremely inconsistent and projects were changed and/or dropped on a regular basis. Not only that, the company seems confused on what they are selling (everything seems rather vague) and who their target audience is.
