      Micromanagement seems to be the executive teams’ mantra. Little respect for the professionals doing the work. Few resources available to perform at the high level we are constantly expected to operate at. High burnout and attrition rate.

      Working for a University means generally lower pay, but more stability. Benefits are quite generous.
