Cons
Lots of opinionated criticism and disorganization between levels of the organization. Lack of objective reality in executive engineering decisions and narrow UX oversight in product direction and knowledge of the competitive market. And if they do know about a competitor, they resort to branding as a distinguishing factor rather than technology.
