I felt trusted with responsibilities, which really boosted my confidence and professional development. The culture encourages ownership, innovation, and continuous learning, making every day engaging and meaningful.

As with most startups, there were moments of uncertainty and evolving processes. Sometimes roles and expectations weren’t very clearly defined, and you had to be proactive to navigate through it. It may feel a bit fast-paced or unstructured for someone who prefers a highly organized corporate setup.
