They do not provide healthy work environment. HR department in elmex is worst, HR doesn’t even have any power to solve your problems, all they do is go to the director for each and every thing. No growth even if you’re smartest of the lot unless you sign the 3 year bond after completing one year. All the freshers who sign 3 year bond after an year will get same salary hike and rest will get practically no hike. It won’t matter if you have worked well or not. In covid they threatened freshers and asked them to resign. If they want you to leave , they will not give any notice period but if you want to leave then you have to serve 3 months notice period.
