Pros
They were efficient about hiring and were flexible about start date. Decent pay and benefits.
Cons
There seemed to be a weak organization, lack of communication, sense that company isn't dealing with employees respectfully or honestly. Once I arrived, I found that the position wasn't as it had been described to me during the hiring process. I was punished for attempting to contribute more than my assigned duties.
