While we appreciate the Hunger games book/movie series, it is certainly not how we approach our compensation philosophy. Our job architecture framework and merit planning process is thoughtfully designed to provide the structure & external/internal market insights to promote fair, equitable pay practices while also providing the flexibility to foster a pay for performance environment. That same philosophy, coupled with key company performance KPIs, applies to our bonus eligible employees. (Note, bonuses have been paid out every year under our current ownership structure)
As it relates to the state of our employee engagement, while there are always opportunities to improve, we were very happy to see an 87% engagement rate with over 90% participation in our mid-year survey. Additionally, 21% of our total global hires YTD have come internally which represents a 33% increase from this time last year ~ which we are encouraged by since we launched a new mobility program at the end of 2023 to provide greater transparency & support for our employees to explore opportunities across the organization.
