Everything apart from Cab Services. The Cafeteria is poor and the Vendor is equally bad . Coming to work culture, well there is none. The SDM's who are very proud about their designation , most of them are not capable enough to Manage a small team of 8-9 people and don't have enough Technical Knowledge to contribute either. Technology has evolved for years but they are living in the pre historic era when they developed something in the company. Office politics, choice of words during discussion from my manager used to be bad but apparently HR's are not interested in taking any action against people who are in the company for 10-15 years and they will be there for the next 15 years.
