      Pros

      Family atmosphere. Passionate about the customer and the work they do for them. Day time business hours. Weekends off. Hourly pay plus commission. Simple commission plan with respectable percentage.

      Cons

      Sometimes hours are cut if sales numbers aren't satisfactory. Sometimes sales can be missed because of only having one leader handle both all sales and taxes and not having more than one closer.

      Pros

      I enjoy my paycheck. The often morale boosting and inspirational meetings. I also enjoy my supervisors and colleagues. I see reviews that are written by some past employees and can tell they just were not cut out for this job and were hurt by being let go. The reason I know is because I work here. There is no reason to lie just say what you didn't like about working here don't make stuff up.

      Stressful at times but no more than any other job.

      Pros

      I have been working here for a month or so now, and it has been amazing. Everybody in the company is exceedingly nice and helpful. They all have a wealth of knowledge in more than the field they practice. I would highly recommend this job opportunity for anyone who has a strong drive and wants to succeed.

      Cons

      There are no cons that i can think of.
