Pros
Some departments are very helpful and filled with wonderful people. I worked a split schedule, half in Schenectady NY, half in Clifton Park NY. The Schenectady office was delightful, full of helpful and smart individuals.
Cons
Some departments are very clicky, rude and not worth spending your precious energy working for. The Clifton Park had a super abusive manager who would say the most awful things to me when the doors were closed for our 1:1s. I would leave work in tears, regularly.
