Pros
Very supportive team. Does an incredible job training you. Ryan (likely your supervisor) is always a phone call away if you have a question. If he doesn't answer, he will get back to you as soon as he possibly can. Great atmosphere.
Cons
When it comes negatives, the only thing is the hours. There are some wonky hours, but if you don't mind working wonky hours, then it shouldn't be too bad for you.
