Pros
Inviting atmosphere, cerebral but grounded. Genuine people. Very strong in SEO, SEM, lead generation, social media and reporting. But not just a digital agency - there's a strong personality with the brand and it's positive. A great place for young talent to learn at an active and high level. CEO is a wonderful man and brilliant at many things. He's also a good, compassionate soul. Puts his employees ahead of his clients and will walk away from problem clients.
Cons
While the CEO is genuine, he's far too active in day-to-day work at the expense of the creating an effective and well-managed vision for the organization. Needs an operational executive for which to truly partner. There are a few long-term employees who don't carry their weight and negatively impact the culture. Has the right idea with developing a brand consultation element to complement its digital prowess, but it lacks sophistication. It works for the current client mix.
