      Great learning experience. Wonderful and productive environment. Great opportunity to move up. Many employees started as interns. Highly recommend as a starting position. Flexible schedule.

      Sometimes a lack of duties. Some errands are required. Lots of down time. Sometimes only referred to as "the intern"

      Has been a great place to work in IT. Company feels stable with a relentless drive to succeed. Has great benefits with good pay.

      Cons

      Cultureless. Has no direction or R&D to innovate in its current markets. Depending on what division you work in management has created an environment where fear is used to keep employees performing at desired levels.
