      You are working for a common cause and working to provide care for hospice patients

      High retail team turnover Poor senior leadership and support for stuff Misuse of probation periods and communication records Bullying and gaslighting behaviour from senior leadership Poor mental health support and advice All cons are to do with retail side not the hospice side Pay is really poor
