      Like most small businesses they're very accommodating for appointments, emergencies, etc. but unlike some small businesses they do offer health insurance and other benefits

      Cons

      With only a few people in the office there can be gossip and it's easy to tell when someone is in a bad mood. Their handling of some things can be a problem
