Not the best - Subscriptions Manager Elladex Employee Review

Great team of people, surprised at the other reviews here because it wasn’t my experience. CEO was nice, had high expectations but that’s not unusual, haven’t found a manager who didn’t. She also gave me a great reference when I left. Collaboration was great during in office days otherwise WFH was a bit challenging to get answers and feedback.

Opportunity to work remotely from overseas. This would have been helpful for me as I did t have enough leave. There seemed to be something up with the 2IC as what was being communicated in meetings and then offline wasn’t consistent, so don’t know what that was about. Hopefully everyone is on the same page now.

there are no pros in this company

ceo is a big micromanager and does not communicate well too. only replies to messages if she needs something from you. there was one point in the company where everyone just left.
