The company culture is fantastic and everyone truly cares about the people they work with. I have been welcomed with open arms by just about every single person I've met at EIS since starting in my role ~10 months ago. In addition, the recruiting and hiring process was extremely easy and relaxed, and I felt at ease from start to finish. Pros: - Always something new and exciting happening everyday - Opportunities for growth - Great office in an amazing location dt Milwaukee - Employees treat each other like one big happy family - Laid back work environment (bring your pet to the office, business casual dress, walk to get lunch/coffee, etc...)

The amount of work expected can definitely be overwhelming to those who are not used to having a hectic schedule. Once you get the hang of things, it gets much better and is a lot easier to manage.

Benefit offerings are very good.
