No cons, except pay and growth ability

Small family owned Long Term Care with three levels. Supportive Management. Administrator usually very accessible. Matched 401K. Incentive cash program for no absenteeism.

Wages good for area but are locked at certain level. At that point cost of living is given in one time payment per year at amount determined by owner. Part time staff not eligible for benefits. No double time for holidays (time and one half). No extra pay if you have to work a double shift unexpectedly. Do offer extra pay for picking up shifts. Attendance bonus not honored despite not missing work for a year if you forget to clock in or clock out.
