Fun colleagues and environment. Flexible hours. Got given ample opportunity to grow and increase my skills. Interesting and great projects. The office is easily accessible by public transport. I feel like a valued employee where your input is respected and thinking is highly encouraged.
Cons
as much as it goes against the grain of the current working climate, the extended work from home period due to COVID19 made me miss the small things that came with office work: the idle chat with colleagues & the actual human interaction outside of meetings and Slack channels.
