Very toxic-abuse of power-favoritism - Business Development Representative (BDR) Elixir Solutions Employee Review

The management and especially the CEO are very unprofessional and passive agressive, the CEO is an unprofessional leader and change gis mind every day. He also had a relationship with an employer that he’s still likes and protect a lot. There is a lot of drama, abuse of power and favoritism i ended up having a burn out because of them.
