      All the employees are friendly. And they show that this is a good company to work with but internally everyone knows that they are not satisfied with the job. Job security is there in the organization.

      Cons

      Mismanagement of the whole process. No scope of learning new things. Attrition rate of the employees are high. Organization hierarchy is missing in the organization.
