My time at Elitez was disappointing due to the lack of leadership and support. I was expected to come in and know everything without any proper guidance or training. Despite putting in hard work and even bringing in new clients, my efforts were never recognized or appreciated. It felt like no matter how much I contributed, it was never enough. If you’re looking for a place that values its employees and provides proper mentorship, I would advise looking elsewhere.
