Nepotism runs rampant, the owner and his longterm friend run the company like a prison, without any evidence of previous security or law enforcement experience. They watch cameras 24/7 and will write you up for blinking longer than they are comfortable with or sitting in the wrong chair, there is no sense of trust instilled in their employees and as soon as you get on anyone's bad side management wise you might as well start searching for another job. Lost 10+ (quit or fired) employees and supervisors in the past couple months, and they only have one major site which they've been slowly cutting down manpower at. The threat level at their main site far exceeds the tools and support they provide. An employee passed away due to an altercation on site and management seemed to be sympathetic but then quickly became more and more militant against their own employees.
