Bottom of the barrel wages, across multiple levels of the organization. The workplace environment is sometimes shockingly homophobic. Insurance premiums are sky high. Technology is ages behind, they're still using windows XP and software from the 90's (as others here have said). Things you might consider "basic equipment" at another company are either absent here, or don't work properly (and good luck getting it fixed!) The building I work in has been poorly maintained. Workplace theft is a major problem, and has been unresolved for years. Leadership seems unfocused, and miscommunications are common. Overall, I just don't see a future here.
