Great Work Environment - Area Manager Elite Solutions Employee Review

I have definitely enjoyed my time at Elite Solutions. I started out in the marketing side of the business and transferred into the administrative/HR side just recently. There is plenty of upward and lateral growth within this company. It is a very up beat place to work for with music playing every morning! Everyone greets me at the door when I come in. There is always something that I can learn while working here! I really enjoy the morning meetings because it gives me the motivation I need to set the tone for the work day. I always love that I can network with ANYONE in the business. ON TOP OF THAT, I got to travel to California for the first time with my awesome boss!

This job will definitely keep you on your toes so if you are not willing to work then you should not waste your time!

I've been lucky to have the opportunity to advance my skillset. I can say I've learned various ways on how to conduct interviews, how to coach and motivate others as well as how to properly delegate tasks. Elite Solutions has helped me prosper, both personally and professionally. I meet with the owner on a weekly basis and evaluate my progress in terms of getting into a management position. I'm so lucky to be able to develop within a growing company in an up and coming city like Nashville.

The growth is definitely fast paced and might not be a great fit for everyone. I suggest only applying if you're an aggressive student and a quick learner.
