This has been a great experience.

Training - Training at Elite is top notch. I had no previous experience in the solar industry or sales. The training program has allowed me to develop rapidly into a well seasoned salesman and leader. Management - Management spends a lot of time with their office. Everyone is very approachable and they take deep gratification in watching their guys/girls hit their goals. Culture - Most positive environment/office I have ever been apart of. Not much else to say here. Teamwork - Elite is not cutthroat. We all work with each other and push each other to get better daily. Growth - Elite is huge on promoting from within. It is not abnormal to be promoted from an entry level position to management within a year. The company is also growing rapidly which makes it really exciting to be apart of

Driving - You will rack up some miles on your car
