      Pros

      Salary, Honestly the pay is close to big 4 and better than many second tier firms.

      Cons

      1. Long Working Hours 2. Poor Management a. No equal job allocation and b. Not enough study leave for professional exam. Give u 2-3 weeks for 2 modules including AL, Study leave and Weekends. 3. Work Politics...... They have formed groups and there is no team.

      Pros

      The owner and staff are awesome at this company. Ben really cares about his people and the firm has a great culture. Employees are respected and empowered to use their minds and experience to help the company grow.

      Cons

      It's not a huge company so it lacks some of the resources that you would find at a bigger company.
