Zero work- life balance - Front Office Coordinator Elite Pain Management Employee Review

I worked at Elite Pain Management (Santa Ana/Newport Beach) for 6 years and I am really liked my time there. No job is perfect but the work-life balance and the quality of care were top notch. I worked with a group of hard working and kind staff and everyone worked together as a team. Best of all the doctors there were not only knowledgeable and experienced they were also down to earth and personable. If it wasn’t for me wanting to cross train into another specialty I would still be there today.

Busy but what healthcare job isn’t?

Work without any supervision Monday through Friday

Owners pressure their employees to carry entire responsibility of keeping their business alive, do not place capable people into their positions and overload most of their employees by downsizing their staff. Basically, they behave like your agreeing to work for them gives them the right to ask things you’d barely ask of your family. They do not care about their employees or their patients. They lie. They do not follow policies consistently across their patients which easily paints a picture of special treatment.
