Hi, thank you for your review. We take into consideration every word said about our company, and we value the time you took to express the sentiments prompted by your experience. We would like to take the time to address your comments in an effort to bring light to your past experience with our company.
We have ensured that our parking lot is big enough to accommodate all employees, which includes both warehouse and office employees—we admit that some parking spaces are further out than others, and require a less than 5-minute walk, but we have enough parking for all. Our manufacturing facility and warehouse is located in the same area as the office; therefore, trucks and company vehicles often need to maneuver their way around the parking lot, which requires us to address when employees’ cars are blocking these vehicles, or other cars belonging to employees. However, this only happens when employees double-park or park in non-designated parking spots. Regarding OSHA and labor violations, Elite is subjected to and satisfies requirements expected of any business operating in the state. Regarding sexual harassment/unethical work practices/managerial favoritism, we are saddened that this was your experience, and we would have liked to help you through this experience while you were working here. We require all new employees to undergo sexual harassment training, so as to be equipped with the knowledge to discern what is considered sexual harassment for the ethical edification of our team members, and in keeping with state law.
