Pros

- With effort and a positive attitude, the sky is the limit. - Good training and coaching in the early days. - Good bonus plan. - They care about the team.

Cons

- Hours can be long. - Bonus plan changes a couple times a year, though it's usually for the better once you get used to it. - A few of the supervisors and sales agents can be selfish and immature, but most of those ones have been fired or quit.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that the culture and training program have made a positive impact on your experience at Elite Insurance Partners. We also appreciate your perspective on the workload and time expectations. This is a performance-driven environment, and we understand that it can feel demanding—especially for those who are still getting acclimated. Our goal is to be transparent about expectations while continuing to provide the training, structure, and support needed to help our agents manage their time effectively and succeed. Thank you again for your feedback and for being part of the team.

Pros

The facility looks great, but I couldn’t experience it.

Cons

BEWARE! This is for anyone who gets the job. Keep your other job close by. I share this experience on here and hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. After going through 2 months of onboarding after they told me I got the job and expressing how they are a very positive and caring company, their actions spoke otherwise right away. I quit my job a month before leading up to this after they told me I got the job. Excited for the opportunity, went on a 8 day yoga retreat out of the country to get mentally prepared. After coming back for my first day of work, they take me and about 30 others through a tour of the building and we start training on computers. Within 2 hours they call me and six other people into a private office to tell us they’re sorry that they over hired and we have to let you and some other people go. Yeah…. Unheard of. I truly hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I hope this company grows some empathy for other new employees and has an understanding that people quit there jobs, make sacrifices, and do many things to get prepared for this job. I post this in hopes it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Gods plan 🙏
