Pros

EIP has great mentorship that helps grow your career in sales, flexible time off after you're done with training, fun culture, and great ethics, which is hard to find in sales.

Cons

It does require your full attention while you are in training, especially if you don't have the background of selling insurance.

Pros

- there aren’t really any pros, it’s just another place to work.

Cons

Just horrible people all around especially the owner. They have great reviews because they make all there new hires write reviews once they’ve been brought on. It’s apart of the nesting as they call it. Owner is an all around horrible human being management is almost just as bad. Everyone else is extremely nice, other than that they have no morals or code of ethics they truly are all around horrible human beings. There whole entire system is a complete scam to try and talk senior citizens who’s only source of income is social security into buying B.S life insurance plans and they will do anything to get that money. There’s zero benefit they will stress you out and run you into the ground and eventually fire you. Jager is a horrible and nasty human being.
