We truly appreciate your input. You are correct in saying that the company is certainly not the same as it used to be. Crystal was incredible, and losing her was one of the hardest things I (and we) have ever endured. She cannot be replaced. Our industry has experienced a myriad of changes in the last several years, and we have had to make some difficult decisions in order to continue to adapt and provide what we feel to be the best possible solutions to our clients. Change is never easy and we have had to make some very difficult decisions along the way.
