      Pros

      The opportunity is amazing, this is a place you can grow. No politics no seniority. You get what put in, positions arent reserved like other workplaces. If you deserve it your getting it. Family enviroment, its more than a workplace its a lifestyle. I couldnt imagine getting a shot at my dreams when i was working in other places. When i got on board with EDE my dreams got a little closer. THIS IS WHERE YOU SHOULD BE.
