best work environment i have ever been a part of. Fun, always changing, never monotonous, and the coworkers were the best I ever had.

No real opportunity for advancement, unless someone in one of the higher positions dies. Small company, not many positions, so, that would be my only complaint.

Great culture and vibe. The Ibsens are great people and really go out of their way to make your day better. I liked the flexibility. Management was very approachable and let me voice any concerns I had.

Hard on the back. This is heavy lifting and can be very painful if a move is executed in such manner that there is an injury.
