This is a scam plain and simple. When I worked there it was known as Limelight Management but they have since changed their name. You will work 6 days a week from 8:00 am until 11:00 pm so say goodbye to your personal life. The employees there will do anything they can to convince you that your friends and family are against you and that the only people who care about you is the people who work there. Do not fall for it as companies like this are known for using techniques like this in order to manipulate you and be dependent on them. Pay structure is also a joke as well as the management training program. If you could really become a millionaire working here there would be lots more millionaires in this country than there actually are. The "owner" Abraham does not actually own Elite DFW nor does he have control over what is sold it is all owned by Smart Circle. The only reason he has not been shut down is because his brother is Hithum who is one of the top VP's of Smart Circle and constantly adds money to his brothers' account for appearance purposes.
