It's a scam, they were limelight management and were called out as scam and renewed the same scam under a new name. They are paid to sell car wax at Costco or Kroger. That is the ONLY job position, but they will have you applying to work for them under click bait names like event management, marketing and event coordinator, promotional super stars, even labor work/ retail/ restaurant/ the list goes on, they will always call you in for an interview the next day and lie to you and tell you the interview process is coming to an end to get you to schedule an interview appointment. You will work Monday through Saturday, and you will not have set hours, they will lie to you over the phone about compensation, the real amount is $400 a week, it is extremely hard for any commission to bypass that amount.
