      Pros

      There are really no positives to describe this company other than the weekly paycheck.

      Cons

      This company is unsafe and it starts at the top. How this company has not suffered a fatality is beyond words. They spend more time preaching safety than actually practicing the concept. Do not walk away from this employer. RUN!!! They have uneducated supervisors who couldn't figure their way out of a wet paper bag. How this company has secured government contracts with the drug culture that exists here is beyond my knowledge. The need to be investigated by the DEA.

      Pros

      I have worked closely with Elite Contracting Group and people would be lucky to work with the group at ECG. Expectations are clear and consistent among the technicians. They have never had lay offs due to lack of work and consistently bring in repeat business due to their professionalism and holding themselves to a high standard. There is plenty of room for growth and that is proven with their organic promotions into management. It is a privilege to work with people that hold each other accountable and believe in their mission of the company.
